A 12-month export with one row per earner per month: earner (name or ID), role, month, GP and commission paid. Desk type (perm or contract) and monthly target are optional but sharpen the analysis. We accept 6 to 24 months, and column names from Bullhorn, Konquest and most payroll exports. Pseudonymised IDs are fine. See the data guide and template.
Commission problems hide in the pattern, not in one month: a rate that creeps up, seasonal dips that turn into zero months, deals held back to clear a threshold. Twelve months shows a full cycle. With 6 to 11 months the report still works, and we flag where seasonality and trend are less reliable.
